Changing your Order
Orders already committed for shipment cannot be changed. Orders are generally processed before 12PM, if you contact us before the order is shipped we will try to accomodate your request but cannot guarantee to do so.
Return Policy
PolyMicro Systems is pleased to offer a no risk, no hassle guarantee on every item we sell. Order any item, and if you are not 100% satisfied with it in any way, you can return it within 90 days, no questions asked. We'll gladly replace the item, refund your money*, or apply the price of the product toward any other item in our catalog -- it's your choice!
*Shipping & handling charges excluded. Offer does not apply to Outlet Center, special clearance, or closeout items.
Charging Policy
PolyMicro Systems typically does not enter a charge on your credit card until the merchandise ships. In the case of partial orders where one or more items are shipped with the remainder being placed in backorder status your credit card will be charged when the first items are shipped. or call us at 530-675-5800 during regular business hours.
