All orders are shipped FBO from ZIP code 95245 or 95941 using either UPS or USPS. Upon shipment the customer assumes all responsibility and will contact the carrier in the event of damaged or missing goods. PolyMicro Systems will endeavor to assist the customer with any claims regarding the carrier.
Shipping charges for backordered items are calculated as if all ordered items were shipped at one time (international shipping addresses excluded).

Shipping Limitations:
All packages must be sent via the U.S. Postal System. From there, we depend on the military postal service (MPO) to deliver the package. Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking numbers for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.APO/FPO Packages may not exceed 70 lbs. (Some zip codes have lower limits.) Packages may not exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth. (This means if you have a package that is 100" in length and 40" when you measure around it, we cannot send the package.)
Content Restrictions:
Perishable foodstuffs and certain hazardous items also are restricted. Each zip code has a more detailed list of the restrictions for certain types of delivery restrictions that may exist for the country where the APO/FPO address is located. Please contact your MPO if you have any specific questions.
